    I have been banking for over 6 years, and it has been great experience with Patricio, Valerie and Diana, great skills and knowledge of their position as well as costumer service. Sadly today I had a hard time with the person at the counter. for all my questions and needs the answers was: “you can do it online” and “you can do it through the app”. Wow. The bank is a great institution, but with today bad experience I’m going to consider other options. Tellers are the face of the bank… and some are not doing their job. If costumer service is not your call, search for a job that suits your skills and personality.
