Bank doesn’t cash checks from their clients if payee don’t have an account with them. Customer service is horrible.

Terrible place to bank. Obstacle course to get in and out. They only deal with paper. No cash. They will not accept cash. They make you buy a money order from somewhere else then you can make a deposit with paper no cash. On a positive side, the people that work there are very nice.
