- HCHOOHIKI CODec 23, 20251.0I’ve been a customer since this business was AFFCU since the buyout I’ve had nothing but issues! The representatives are very unprofessional and offer no support. I’ve been locked out of my account more times than I’ve entered it, I am consistently having to re-add my banking details manually which btw takes their system 3 business days to approve so if you are needing to make a payment on time don’t count on it. They say they send email verifications but they do not, nor do they sent the text alerts I had to call and have them manually do that for me too in order for me to make a payment because their system is always acting out of order. They said my payment was 45 days late reported it to my bureau and in their system I had the proof it was on time with time stamps so I called to ask what that was about and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So save yourself the hassle and bank with someone else. Highly suggest guaranty bank and trust very trustworthy and awesome!!

- MMMannyDec 4, 20251.0I been with this bank since Air Force Federal Credit Union days back in 2009. Had it for nearly 14 years. Since the buy out in 2024, I have noticed that their customer service quality have dropped, all the people used to know, all gone, and I have a suspicion of security issues with this bank. They even dropped some features that I liked, such as the ITM machine, and would rather deposit through the machine than with a person since they kept screwing up my deposits. I have had my debit card replaced here and there, with AFFCU but with the buyout, I never had so much fraud alerts and have to get my debit cards replaced multiple times due to "fraud and security". Well, the new card I got, never even used it AT ALL for months, and somehow, my debit card info got stolen. So either there's a security issue within, or someone internal is stealing card numbers for illegal purposes. I told them not to send me another debit card. They are also really pushing this new "SkyX Checking" and everyone is getting it, despite that you have to pay a monthly fee, which really doesn't feel like a credit union anymore and more in practices of a regular bank. I decided to just jump ship and went with another credit union.

They are open for a few hours on Saturdays and apparently they think the day after Thanksgiving is a HOLIDAY too. 28 November is NOT A HOLIDAY. The name change to SOARION is HORRIBLE TOO.
