After about 3 months, I get collection call saying I owe $ 10.00 that is overdrafted on one of nmy checking accounts. i advised the collector that this account should have been closed , i was told it cannot be closed due to the $ 10.00 inactivity charge that was just posted to acct. call center is clueless with no help from anyone. avoid this credit union., thier tactics make no sense and for just $ 10.00. Branch manager Lauren called me and helped resolve this issue the next day. thank you
