- JTJ TDec 16, 20252.0This rating is not for this branch but for the company. The branch employees are excellent. However, the company is not. I have already been banking with NFCU. But, I signed up for SSFCU to try it out before I switched completely over. 1st of, I couldn't deposit because my account is new? The mgr have to overwrite it? Then I couldn't deposit mobile because the security alert that I'm a threat because I have no or little activity from my account? Then the mgr have to overwrite again? Let me tell ya, I have $100 in my account. How is that a threat? If I don't use it, maybe because you guys make it difficult for new customers to use it. How it is my fault if you blocked me from mobile deposit? Again, I only have $100. Not like I have millions in the bank, or sending money to another country, or have a bunch of nonsense transactions. How am I a threat? How? How? How? Plus, it is my money, my account, if I use it or not it's up to me. I will close this account soon. NFCU is better.
