    Saturday morning at this branch is unbelievable. My 81 year old mother in law stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for a teller (mind you there was only 1 teller available the other was working the drive through). I then watched another senior gentleman waiting in line for a long time. Way to care for the aging public.

    I had such a positive experience at the Security Service off Loop 1604. The moment I walked in, I noticed how beautiful and well-maintained the interior is—it feels welcoming, modern, and professional. The atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff here are outstanding. Every person I interacted with was extremely friendly, approachable, and eager to help. In particular, Liz went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. Liz made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. It’s rare these days to find a bank where the combination of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail is this strong. From the friendly smiles at the front desk to Liz’s outstanding assistance, the entire experience was seamless and left me feeling confident about banking here. I highly recommend this Security Service location to anyone looking for excellent service and a great banking experience. Thanks to Liz and the rest of the staff, they’ve definitely earned my trust and this five-star review!

    Went in today for a deposit and the teller "Madison" was just flat out rude!! Usually this location has friendly professional tellers. I will definitely avoid this location if possible. Terrible Security Service!!
