From the moment I entered the building, the front desk staff set the tone with a warm, professional welcome and truly five‑star customer service. I first worked with Amanda, and the process was effortless. Her knowledge and customer service made me feel very comfortable, and she was extremely attentive throughout. I did have to wait for approval for my business account, but the team kept me informed and were very helpful during the process. I finished up with Andrew, who was also very knowledgeable—and a huge Cowboys fan, which I didn’t hold against him. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m looking forward to doing more business with them.

Rep her name is Alma and her. ID number is 1314. She was so kind and, was able to help my daughter after my daughter verified all the information, and I like that she was so kind helpful understanding very apologetic. She had beautiful etiquettes. I just wanted to share my daughter's experience and mine with Alma.Those are the kind of Customer Service Rep that everyone should be talking to, not people with attitudes and personal problems or racist. She really sounds like she's been with Security Service for quite a number of years and knows how to handle customers with complaints. So I give her high quality standards. She is an asset to Security Service Federal Credit Union. Security Service has vary qualified Customer Service people, so I was really shocked and disappointed with the girl that refuse to help my daughter. In all these years, I highly always recommend Security Service to everyone and I have nothing, but good things to say about Security Service.They're the best bank in San Antonio TX .
- RRRed RosesDec 19, 20251.0I would like to share my daughter's experience with Security Service.I've been with Security Service for fifteen years and they have never treated me the way this girl. Her name is Diane, her Id number is 1232 , she refused to assist my daughter just, because my daughter asked me how to say in english.To block an automatic draft from Spectrum and the girl proceed said that " she couldn't assist me because she was talking to me" and that doesn't make sense to me. Never, in all my years with Security Service had I ever bumped into a customer Service Rep. She sounded arrogant, she must be having personal problems, or she just plain racist. She needs to go back to training and be more kind to customers. My daughter gave her date of birth. Her social security, what more does she want? My daughter verified her account, and she refused to assist her. She stated she was only protecting her account, It doesn't make sense to me because she verified all the information she asked. I hope I never run to any Customer Service Rep like her I am so upset.😡😡
