Recently, I lost my mother and stepfather. I was having a difficult time keeping their home expenses separate from my own as I worked through the probate process. Akemi-Hana has been an excellent help in explaining how to navigate setting up a personal account for my disabled sister, and an estate account so that there is less confusion in the handling of things as I move forward. She has been very patient and kind. She made this process so smooth, and even had me laughing by the time we were done.
