She was able to “broom clean” all of our accounts with knowledge and actions that were left unattended months ago with other branches. Took the extra steps to inform us what could be the most beneficial adjustments on the accounts while making us feel at ease. All I needed was a debit card replacement for one of my accounts and Ms.Alexis Strait assisted me immediately. Besides that I asked her where I could get my Medicare card laminated since it was beginning to fray…once again Ms Strait offered to help and do this favor for me without hesitation.
