Although I wasn't aware of the insurance part of it, I felt it should have been explained a bit better, and I wasn't able to pick what bills I wanted paid.. they did that. I was handed checks for the companies to pay off, ( consolidating), that was a pain to do it by mail... In this day and age, it should all be electronic. But, I would recommend them, and I would do it again.. plus all of them were very nice and helpful.. they went way out to help retrieve stuff on my phone for me when I couldn't figure it out.. I've had loans with them before, and been using them a while.. I've never been done wrong, or had any problems...Thank you guys!!!
