I came to get that al the way from Jan and they are telling me they charge $45 per hour to research these check deposits! Why should I have to pay to get my own information! Trying to get it resolved but they keep telling me the same thing with no help to get it resolved. Horrible bank practice just to make money off of members. Guess it's time to look for another bank for my business.

- BBBossSmashFeb 19, 20231.0I hate RBFCU now they do not care about customers had fraud committed on my account tried to make me pay 35 dollars to have a debit card sent to me told me they don't offer assistance for any devices except Apple didn't even attempt to look into my situation before transferring me between 20 minute holds at the time never have I ever wanted to throw my damn phone into a wall just dealing with how frustrating this bank is yall are worst than the fraudsters customer service is never good here I have nothing to brag about and what's sad is I used to work for RBFCU back when they actually cared about their members now it seems like they have loss their values I would def suggest putting your funds elsewhere that actually cares about you as a customer and has you covered. Do not invest another dime into this company until they start caring about their members again and that's what I will continue to say until I see a change I'm moving all my money after today's interaction Chase or USAA would have had me taken care of in a few minutes
