I came to get that al the way from Jan and they are telling me they charge $45 per hour to research these check deposits! Why should I have to pay to get my own information! Trying to get it resolved but they keep telling me the same thing with no help to get it resolved. Horrible bank practice just to make money off of members. Guess it's time to look for another bank for my business.
