- THTerrence HillSep 3, 20251.0This bank is trash. They nickel and dime you will dumb fees. For example, they automatically roll CDs over without customer consent. In do so, they trap your money for the length of the CD. If you wanted to use that money for something else, you have, you guessed it, pay a fee to break the CD. This week, their "fraud" department declined a money transfer for no apparent reason. My wife just wired money to the same person through BoA without any issues. Horrible and rude customer service. Horrible communication from the bank. They essentially hijacked my banking. I never looked at the reviews for this bank. I never realized how low they were. Makes total sense.
