- RRRolando RodriguezDec 5, 20251.0I used to love RBFCU but for a while now it feels like they're doing everything they can to be as inconvenient as possible. Before, I used to use the ATM to deposit checks. But now there's an automatic hold on any checks deposited at the ATM "for my protection." So now I have to go inside. Okay. Fine. This location used to be great because they have so many tellers. Then they opened a line for business accounts specifically. Nice. Sometimes I would use it and sometimes not depending on how busy it was. Now you can only do business transactions in that one line. Doesn't matter if there are 4 available tellers. I have to wait because they only want to do business transactions in that one line for their convenience. Also, if I do choose to use the ATM I get anxious because it can glitch easily and in the past it's taken my money without depositing it or even giving a receipt. To whoever came up with an automatic hold on all checks deposited through the ATM and forcing businesses to use only one line at the very end, let's go back to the thing that was working before please.
