I have a specific issue with my account and half the operators help and the other half (women) work together and cut you off. Very unprofessional, very bad customer service! Too bad I can’t put a negative posting!!
- VMVanessa MurilloSep 3, 20252.0This is one of the WORST banks. Not only did they decide to get rid of bank tellers at this site, they replaced them with ATMs that don't work half the time. When they aren't working, like today, we have to go in long lines inside (that only have three counters) because we are all having the same issue. I went in to let them know that the ATMs were out of money, (yeah, I know, wth) and I was told they knew about it and was going to get it taken care of yesterday, but mgmt pushed it back to today. It is the 1st of the month, when most of us need our money for rent. Why would they purposely push this necessity back? So, I asked if they knew why are there no signs so we don't waste our times going to the ATMs. She said because the signs they had said the whole ATM didn't work, but the deposits did and it would prevent deposits being made. I checked EVERY SINGLE ONE to try and get cash out of them and there are six and 4 of them notified me it inconveniently couldn't do deposits. So, basically they were effectively unusable. Besides that, they have printers, tape and probably laminators to be able to print out signs that said sorry for the inconvenience, but these ATMs don't have cash for withdrawals. Something that would take maybe 30min to complete, just so they don't have disgruntled customers. This is just ONE example of they don't give a crap about customer service anymore. Someone up top needs to do SOMETHING. Mostly about making those ATMs worth replacing human beings.
