- MMMel MarJul 19, 20251.0Do not bank here Not only is it the worst service I have ever received in my life. It is the most scamming credit union ever. Multiple times I’ve had holds on investment checks for absolutely no reason and RBFCU earns the interest on the money and the money has already been taken out of the other bank that issued the check. These are not personal checks. These are certified checks. RBFCU also doesn’t allow you to have an auto loan and pre-pay additional payments in advance all of the additional payments go to your interest and your car loan never goes down. RBFCU is the worst bank in San Antonio.

I called the number on the flyer and the customer rep didn’t even know what I was talking about! She put me on hold to speak to “someone” about the flyer; came back and told me it was for first time applicants, which does NOT mention that at all on the flyer! A very vague and incomplete flyer!
