- DMDebbie McFaddenOct 17, 20251.0Worst customer service ever. The reps have no idea what they are talking about. I am constantly getting wrong information. Their fraud department is a joke. They put unnecessary holds on funds being moved from one account to another (even though I am the owner of both account). I've been banking with them for over 15 yrs it has been on a decline for the last several years. Time to look for a new bank!

It’s sad to see a business with so many bad reviews. It really puts a bad view on future Customers and detours them away.

They take extra long for each and every customer. It’s sad. Long time customer here and I’ve never experienced such poor service at the other branches. Retraining and accountability would help?
