Ms. Arnette was extremely helpful in addressing my banking needs during a recent phone call. Her professionalism is second to none and I can't thank her enough for such a pleasant experience. I love this bank and will continue to support and be a valued customer.

Service is usually super slow. If I come here even for a withdrawal takes forever!

Update: Still waiting. Went up to the branch no help at all had to call fraud department again no help at all. Received another standard letter that it was "under review." No help at all. Oh look, received our credit card bill and more interest charges. No help at all. Randolph. To not even attempt to call a long time customer and help escalate this but to give me another email for me to follow up again. No help at all and unacceptable.
I experienced credit card fraud and reported it 5/27/25. Spent and hour on the phone going over the charges one by one. I had no other communication or follow up concerning the investigation. I called again and was told a letter had just been mailed 6/20/25 stating "under investigation." Received the letter called the fraud department and was told the individual charges originally reported on 5/27/25 were lost in communication so the case was on hold. Again, I received no phone call or follow up. Also told we would not be charged interest for the fraud charges and to subtract out the fraud charges from our balance which was paid in full. Credit card statement arrived and there was interest charges. Called the credit card again was told would need to go to the bank. Called the fraud department again this am and was refused escalation or to speak to supervisor. The person on the phone was reading a script and no help what so ever. We have over $4300 in fraud on our card and absolutely no help from this company what so ever. My experience with this credit card company has been less than one star. I do not feel protected against fraud or supported. Randolph, take a look at my other account balances as we are about to close and move all of that out do to lack of trust and support.
