- RGRamona GarciaOct 21, 20254.0Rated 4-star because my husband or I wanted to call the customer service they're only open till 6:00 customer service.Not like other banks that have 24 hours customer service or till 9pm.Also the bank doesn't open til 9am instead of 730 or 8am.

I had tried to do it online, but it was a bit complicated because my husband and I wanted to open it together and I kept getting an error. When we arrived and explained what we wanted, they immediately told us we had to go to another branch because they were “busy with other customers” (the bank was completely empty 😂😂😂). I had NEVER in my life been treated like this at a bank. They lost an account that easily. They didn’t even offer us a wait time—I wasn’t even there for one minute. And it’s actually a good thing we left, because we were planning to deposit a large sum of money, and I later found out they don’t even give you a temporary card until the permanent one arrives in the mail. Honestly, I’m glad we walked away, because from what I’ve read in the reviews, it was the right decision. Fui a este banco para abrir una cuenta de cheques ya que recien nos mudamos y nuestro banco no tiene sucursales en San Antonio, traté de hacerlo online y era algo complicado porquemi esposo y yo queriamos hacerlo en conjunto y siempre me salía un error. Cuando llegamos dijimos lo que queriamos y rapido nos indicaron que teniamos que ir a otra sucursal porque estaban ocupados con otros clientes, (el banco estaba vacio)😂😂😂😂 JAMAS en mi vida me habian tratado asi en un banco, perdieron una cuenta asi de facil. Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron esperar, no estuve ni 1 minuto y que bueno que nos fuimos porque ibamos a depositar una cantidad de dinero y ni siquiera daban una tarjeta provisional a lo que te llega la tarjeta por correo. Que bueno que me fui y por lo que leo en los reviews, fue una muy buena decision.
