They did not understand their own process turned me away and already scanned copies of my documents into their system. This is not my primary bank(thank goodness), it’s just has like $25 or less for years and I will be closing it after today. I wasn’t sure why they took or scanned copies if they were not going to help, asked me for my job and duty title, also started trying to find out what other financial institutions my father or I have….very confusing and unprofessional. I wish I would have never walked into to RBFCU today especially during these hard times.
