I went in to deposit my rolled coins, only to be told they no longer accept them and that I’d have to use the coin machine in the lobby, which even charges a fee for members. I was very disappointed. After years of dependable banking and good experiences, I expected better customer service and consideration for long-time members. Forcing customers to pay a fee to deposit their own money doesn’t feel right and certainly doesn’t reflect the member-first approach RBFCU has always been known for.
