Today the clerk said that was impossible and tried to get me to go through some lengthy process. Asked for a manager. The manager said some clerks aren't trained on the simple process. I advised the manager better training is need for something so simple. The manager did show the requested activity, though he had a bad attitude. This is why I only have a car loan at RBFCU!
