I think they're intentionally Discontinuing my automatic payments randomly and Forcing me into late payments for the extra money. This place is such a scam!! I have a 756 Credit score and this is the only company that i'm having trouble paying. This bank has the worst website and app to use if you don't bank with them. I have a checking account with USAA. This bank makes everything so difficult!
