- AMAlex MortonJul 9, 20211.0I’m a local business owner in San Antonio. We offer custom work and our tickets are on average 40k. Each time we take a check deposit from a client who uses this bank, my bank tells me that they cannot verify funds and that it is the policy of this bank and the only bank that practices this policy to not share with other banks if the funds are available to cover the check. So with that we wait sometimes 7-10 days for funds. This prolongs the purchase of materials and stands in the way of production. The biggest surprise is that the money was taken out of the clients account but not placed in our account for 10 days before we started complaining and got it released. This took an entire day of running back and forth
