I have multiple business accounts and personal accounts with plains capital bank and every time I go to this branch at stone oak I get horrible customer service from her . Just because if employees like her I am thinking about closing all my accounts with them and give business to the bank who knows how to treat their customers. I live in stone oak and always drive to I10 branch and Olga , Jonathan always help me out .
