I came there in need of money for an unforeseen situation and had the pleasure of meeting Kim. Kim gave exceptional service and took her time to make sure I knew how everything worked. She even took the time to talk to me about what I was going through that day. She understood and patiently she listened and offered good advice and that alone made my day better. Kim didn't rush me and she didn’t speak so fast like she was trying to omit information and I loved her transparency on that, it’s hard to come by these days. When another customer came in and even on the phone, Kim answered the phone and acknowledged them with a smile, the exact same way she did with me. She understands that people go through things and she was not trying to make light of how life can be. She is a wonderful people person with great customer service skills and she has compassion for her clients. Kim deserves a raise for sure! The reason I even looked into Lendnation was by accident while googling online. When I first looked at Lendnation as a way to borrow money, I called more than one branch and each branch had wonderful customer service, explained things thoroughly and one location waited for me to come, but I couldn’t get there in time. Even though I couldn’t get there in time, the staff was very understanding and professional about it. That location referred me to the Lendnation on Bandera and that was where I first met Kim! So grateful that I came to her location but either of the locations would have been great by how they spoke with me on the phone., I would like to say how pleasant and thorough each Lendnation branch is and they deserve recognition and a raise for that type of professionalism.
