Today I waited patiently in line for almost 40 mins. Finally it's my turn and tap the screen for help.. I see an old lady come from 2 cars behind me and tap on my window. She was annoyed that I was taking so long I guess. Not my fault since you have to wait almost 4-6 mins to get someone on the screen to help you. Please add a better system because these new ATM machines⁹is aren't helping any

The employees are very thorough and helpful. They actually make me laugh and I walk out of there very happy at least.

The worst feeling in the world is having your wallet stolen during the holidays, and your bank does absolutely nothing to help. You will be turned away from Credit Human without a blink of an eye. Such cold hearted customer service! Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen and charges were made on my bank card. They absolutely would not reverse any fees Credit Human charged as a result from all the transactions made after my card was stolen!
