It’s ironic that to manage my auto loan, I end up interacting more with machines than with actual people. The lack of human interaction is ironic, makes the experience feel less personal.
- MTMargie TorresJun 26, 20251.0The lack of customer service is ridiculous especially when there's 2 reps sitting in glass offices at the front of the building which they can clearly see people waiting and hear the door chime yet they just ignore and never even greet you and say it'll be a moment or some type of acknowledgement. I come here on my lunch break to pay my car so it hits the account faster but can't do that now since the reps completely ignore customers. Do better please
