- VCVicki ChiltonJul 15, 20255.0I love the team at Credit Human, especially Marcus at the Vineyard, who is always there for us when we need personalized help. (We love him so much, he now feels like part of our family, like the cool uncle my young-adult kids can call on when they have a money question.) We've been members since 2006. Over the years, Credit Human has helped us with a second mortgage, with financing and refinancing cars, helped us avoid scammers, and helped us recover all our funds when cyber criminals did successfully scam us. I truly feel like we have partners in helping us find and maintain what they call "financial slack." I've also been impressed with their internal operations. I had the opportunity to work with their executives as my company contracted with the credit union to help them develop a new enterprise-wide policy to guide their deployment of AI tools throughout their business units (evidence that they're leveraging technology but doing so in a thoughtful and careful way with member security at the core of everything they implement). I saw how much the people inside the credit union truly care for us members. From the people who interact with us within member services to the highest echelons of their leadership, they live to serve and make our lives--not just our financial lives--better. I feel truly blessed our family found this credit union.

And the staff say they can't do anything. I often see them sitting there with nothing to do while I have to wait for someone who isn't even present to answer me
