  Ruben Aguilar, is respectful, understanding, and professional. He has a friendly demeanor and made me feel welcomed when I visited the branch. He provided excellent customer service and when he said he was going to follow up with me, he remembered, and actually did follow up with me. He helped fix somethings in my accounts. Recommend him 10/10.

  My wife Delia Mireles,banks with this location I bank with security service but they always give me a hard time on drive through or the phone I decided to proceed with her credit Human on Shanfield and 1604 left security Service and you Man name Willie helped me with my New Checking and savings account fast very helpful to me he set everything super fast bye Security Service no longer exist to me or my mother ,,,thank you Willie 💯 percent

  Ridiculous name for a business , credit human , when I need to talk to a screen to cash a check where’s the human. As a contractor trying to cash customer’s check I suggest dont use this bank in order to make transactions easy and not delay the project.

  This rating is mainly about Credit Human overall. I have been a member since I was in college and it was called GECU (yes, that long ago). I have no complaints with any of the staff at any location. When the ITMs were installed I was forced to use the Shaenfield location to be able to make 100 dollar bill withdrawals since other locations near me didn't offer that option. The restrictions on the cash dispensing at ITMs are very frustrating. To withdraw 50 dollar bills one has to use the Drive-up ITM but if you want 100 dollar bills one has to go inside for that withdrawl. And, don't get me started on withdrawing 10 dollar bills -- you can't! Also, there is a maximum of 30 bills of any denomination that can be dispensed at one time through ITMs. Although I pay all my bills online I still use cash for daily purchases. With the face-to-face teller driven service a customer's needs were always well served. I'll be opening an account at another credit union that still provides the service I need for my monthly withdrawls. So disappointed!

  CSR are very nice but lobby hours are horrible. I work 8:00 am—4:30 pm. I work about 15 minutes away but with heavy traffic I can never get there before 5:00 pm. Extend your lobby hours by at least 30 minutes.
