- MLMichelle LanfearDec 3, 20241.0Credit Human is failing to release liens on cars years after the note has been paid off. This should be illegal and if it happens to you, and prevents you from purchasing a new car, you should report them to the Texas Department of Banking. When I called CH they said it was a glitch and I was the only one this had happened to, but the car dealership said it happens with CH multiple times a week. CH says I have to go into the branch and get a release of lien which should have been automatic. This should be a class action lawsuit.

Can you clarify if the customers have the option to “opt out” of info sharing with nonaffiliated entities? Safe guards- how does your institution comply with the safeguards of GLBA? Specifically, the measures in place to secure sensitive data against unauthorized access/disclosure/loss? Confirm how I can exercise my rights under GLBA, such as requesting access to the person information you hold about me and the procedures for submitting a formal complaint? My privacy rights have been violated.
