- DDDixieAug 27, 20255.0I experienced a serious incident of fraud involving unauthorized withdrawals. Unfortunately, by the time I contacted the credit union directly, the guilty party had completely wiped out all of my accounts. I was devastated. Fortunately, the team at the Alon branch- led by Ms. Melissa- acted promptly and compassionately to assist me. Working together with members of the actual Credit Human Fraud Center, they were able to secure my accounts and begin the recovery process right away. I'm extremely grateful for their swift action and professionalism during such a distressing time. Please see the attached photos of the texts I received to note how authentic the fraudulent texts appeared- they were highly convincing. I encourage all members to stay alert for scams and always contact the credit union directly if something doesn't feel right. Safe banking, GG

- GAGi AguireMay 9, 20251.0I hate being belittled here. I just sat there and they didn’t want to help me. Work on costumer service and don’t try to sit there in your individual office. An employee in the lobby area asked a coworker in the office to help me when I was the only person needing help. I went to try to deposit a check and the lady who was sitting directly across from the main entrance rudely tried to make me out as a fraud because both my and my mother’s name was on the check. (Even though it was made out to me) she then condescendingly tells me that because she doesn’t have a drawer, she can’t help me and tells me to go to go to an ATM for help. I should’ve just done on the app in the first place so I won’t be treated like human garbage.
