  This branch of Credit Human is great ! In particular, Jozelyn Ramirez was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.   For the past two years, I’ve come to this branch for different transactions related to school and working abroad, and every time I’ve left with my needs met. Most recently, I visited for an international wire transfer (something I knew little about) and received excellent help from Brendon. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood each step, explained what details were required from me and the international recipient, and ensured the transaction was successfully submitted before the bank’s 2PM deadline. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel comfortable with an unfamiliar process. On a previous visit, I was also able to quickly take care of multiple tasks, including getting a new debit card, setting up travel notices, and asking questions about fees and international use. Each time, the staff has been knowledgeable and welcoming. A few notes: the branch is convenient to access, and there are ATMs outside and inside. A huge area I think could be improved is the international wire transfer process. I expected it to take some time, but starting at 9AM and finishing right at the 2PM deadline felt longer than anticipated. For first-time users especially, it would be helpful to know that wires can take several hours and to plan accordingly. Additionally, it would simplify things if fees and the exchange rate were made clear before asking customers to commit to a transfer amount. From my experience, you had to estimate the total you wanted to send, then after learning Credit Human’s rate and fees you had to do the math to figure out how much money you actually needed to send. This meant redoing the forms for everything, which wasn't ideal. Overall, though, this branch offers excellent customer service, and I’ve always felt well supported here. I’ll continue coming back whenever I need assistance.

  I want to speak with my rep at 211 and Potranco. No direct line to location. Options takes 10 minutes to get through and then you get put on hold for gosh knows how long. Give us a direct line to MY branch.
