I want to thank George and his entire team—especially Kaylie—for jumping in and helping us get updated documents for a client. Being in the lending industry, I truly appreciate seeing others demonstrate the same quick response time and strong work ethic. That’s something rare to come by these days. This team is amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a personal loan, solar loan, or more!

I wouldn't recommend Credit Human to a single person. The biggest reason is this; I have gotten 2 different excuses regarding why I have to give the teller a reason for withdrawing an amount larger than $1000. The final straw was the customer rep on the phone telling me that if I dont not give them a reason why I am withdrawing an amount larger than $1000, then I simply cannot withdraw from my account. The first excuse I got when I asked the teller why I am being asked to provide a reason for withdrawing an amount larger than $1000 was that it is for safety of the customers. The teller explained that in the past, people have been held ransom for money. When this occurs, they are able to help the customer by reporting it to authorities. My first thought was, if something bad happens to a customer because "Credit Human" decided to play superhero, that lawsuit isn't going to be pretty. The second excuse for having to tell a teller why I am withdrawing a large amount from my bank account came from an ITM teller today who explained it is for IRS reporting purposes. Yes, the ITM teller told me it is required of Credit Human to report to the IRS anytime a large amount is withdrawn from their bank. Not only is this laughable, but also a blatant lie. I am closing my account. This place is a joke. No adult should ever have to explain to a stranger what they are doing with their own money. For this bank to think you need to explain why is just ridiculous.

I have never worked with such a difficult company in my life. Impossible to get anything done and extremely unprofessional. Wish I could select zero stars. Do yourself a favor and go to any other bank or mortgage company.
