  My visits to this place just get better and better. This time it was met with superior customer service by Laura H. whom I just met on my morning visit yesterday. She gave over and beyond expected, quality customer service. She treated me with dignity, compassion, respect so much care, genuine concern, remarkable kindness, sensitivity and so much humanity during my visit that I’d like to share with y’all. See, I realized just before conducting my business there that I had either lost or all my debit cards were (at just moments before) possibly had been stolen from a casing that I had them all in. So this wonderful associate very sensitively and sensibly helped me get through my missing debit cards crisis. Her qualitative support, genuine concern, stepping in to assist me, understanding, patience, sense of urgency, calmness and sympathy for me & this urgent, panicking personal situation that I was now in. She essentially gave me the strength and support that I really needed right then and there demonstrating that when someone is going through a rough patch that there are people out there that can be of important, necessary assistance without hesitation and capable of handling a serious situation so very well with poise, patience and calming effectiveness. She certainly showed such magnificent quick attentiveness to me and real concern about my wellbeing; essentially opening up her big heart with gentleness, guidance, compassion, readiness and almost always absent kindness to me. Her politeness, understanding, care, knowledge, non judgment of me and willingness to stand by me really made me feel better plus helped to ultimately, eliminate what might have resulted in a dangerous health crisis for me. Laura H. even quickly called the eatery that I was at after asking me where I was at beforehand, on my behalf, so that the staff there would begin the search for all my debit cards in the protective case which turned out to be to no avail but nevertheless, her call for action was taken up by the employees over there as well which I shortly returned to join in the search and just to ensure that nothing was overlooked plus give me some sort of certainty that my items were permanently missing that would determine to go back to Ace to get through the reporting process of all my missing cards which again, this nice lady assisted me with every step of the way. She’s very top notch in my book along with Ashley who I’m sure had been there; would’ve treated me just about the same great treatment. This goes to show that when you need the right kind of attentiveness, outstanding rational outreach plus sensitive, excellent customer service performance when attempting to conduct personal financial business; that this is the precise location you’d want to be at for atypical treatment by a most commonplace employee who could care less as to what your situation is. At least the hiring practice at this business appears to include phenomenal people who unlike most other places; have such high, superior, supportive standards when dealing with the public. I just wish we had a “Laura H.” and a “Ashley” at every place that we all visit. Therefore, I highly recommend that you take all your financial business needs to this location to receive the best service around, unique care and proficiency. So when bad things happen to you, I tend to believe that everybody would prefer to be treated with the exact same type of top level performance displayed by Laura H. & by my many praises that I’ve often posted about Ashley as well in the past. These are very lovely, catering & outstanding women who should get a very big raise, a promotion of some type plus some significant, helpful and recognizable reward by their company leadership to let these employees know that they are on the right track and give most notable representation of Ace Cash Express, in its entirety, completely well & on a regular basis.
