This is utterly idiotic, as, if you moved to texas from another state, and used a different bank they will not allow you to close. Customer service is lacking, the bankers are snippy and it's as if the customer is always wrong. Very dissatisfied with my visit, and I will be shutting down my account with Wells Fargo. Banker we visited was Brittany Hill, and I'm not sure the managers name, but she was the unnatural horribly bleached blonde hair, and refused to even consider any type of leeway, regardless of the law of needing a notary to close. What's the point in having an account if they aren't willing to be the Customers bank, rather than the branch manager's bank.

Sylvia and Eric (the bank manager) really made me feel welcome. I never had that at my previous bank. I'm so glad I made the switch.
