Waiting in line a good while and when I finally get up to a teller, they tell me I need to speak to someone in the office and to wait in the lobby. That, I had no problem with. Then, a couple came in, needed to speak to someone, same as me, and when they asked who was next, the couple jumped ahead without even having the staff confirm who was next first! 😒 This is NOT my regular bank but I wish they had some kind of first come, first serve system like my other bank so customers get seen according to arrival time. Once seen by the advisor in the office, she was very knowledgeable and gave great information about my account that I could take home. She was very courteous and helpful. Next time I'll call ahead and try to make an appointment first but, I was taken aback at my first encounter here and don't plan to come back for a while.
