- ABAshley BryanOct 3, 20251.0The 2 tellers (George and Crystal) are great! There is 10 people that have been waiting in line for 25 minutes. The line has not moved. These poor employees need more support. Its a Friday. People cash checks on Fridays. Higher more help. These employees get attitude for something that is not their fault. 2 tellers handling the walk ins and the 2 drive up windows is ridiculous. Do better Wells Fargo.

Took my daughter here to open her own checking and savings account to only find out that she can’t login to her app to view her balance. She can’t withdraw money. She can’t add it to her Apple wallet and then when we go back to get it fixed, they say it’s fixed and we leave and it’s not so only to spend 3 1/2 hours here just to close out a freshly opened account. I will be closing my account here as well.
