    I am sad to see the negative reviews of this branch because I use their outdoor atm seamlessly on a regular basis and both times I actually had to go inside the building for help I was greeted by a very sweet woman who actually even recognized me the second time and welcomed me back after having gone months between actually entering the building. Both times I entered, the manger was available and able to help me right away and made every transaction quick and easy. Their facility is also always clean, tidy, a lovely cool temperature and very calm.

    Came here to get 2 documents notarized and both were dated incorrectly by Garrett. When mentioned that he made a mistake he did not even apologize and blamed me for not telling him the importance of not making a mistake. How does that make sense? Every document should be seen as important and dated correctly no matter the circumstance. Manager (woman) also met us with an attitude which was completely uncalled for - when we asked if they could reprint the document, as it was Garretts mistake to begin with. We left with no apology or admission of their mistake. Will be taking my business to a Wells Fargo that is out of our way to avoid such arrogance. It was as if they were tag teaming against us.
