Horrible communication, lack of empathy, keep getting told they are too busy to help me when employees are checking mail boxes, chatting and filling candy dishes. I have tried multiple times to just open an account and still haven’t even been able to sit down and talk to someone. If you want a bank that cares, do NOT bank with American National.

The have kept us up to date regarding PPP program. I just can't say enough about these guys and gals. They have always worked hard for us when getting business loans. If you haven't signed up for an account here, you are missing out on some great benefits and people.
