    Went in the other day to open an account a bit before close. They made it so easy. The girls up there answered all my questions that I had about the accounts, what their fees where, and loans. It was amazing to find out from Stacie that they can do my loan for a boat and trailer. Then after a few payments Stacie is going to help me with a home equity to get my debt all into one payment. Not once did I feel as if I was being rushed to leave. I will definitely be letting people know about them.

    I have banked with them in Rockport for 20 years and they have always been very responsive. With the PPP loan application they went well above and beyond any expectation I might have had. I and all my employees are so thankful for their efforts as they helped remove so much uncertainty from out situation and helped us be ready to serve our patients.

    No overdrafting is a lie. They let my account go negative and charged me a bunch of overdraft fees on an account that wasn't authorized to go negative in the first place. I would have been way better off had I just kept my job's pay card. Adp never wrecked my credit report with lies. Update: 2-25-21: They sent my account into collections because they don't want to deal with their customers. The creditor will never get my money either. I won't be robbed by some backwoods bank.

    The staff at the Royse City location are very rude and lack customer service skills. If you don't like people why get in the field of working with the public? Sometimes I go all the way to the Greenville location just because they are nice and treat people with respect.

    the atm in royse city eats cash and check deposits. The one in Rowett does not even take deposits. When it happens they say you can dispute! really now!!!
