Waiting forever to speak with a banker so I can give them my money so they can “keep it safe” for me while they invest it for themselves and make money off of my money while charging me unjust fees. All with crappy AC so I’m uncomfortable all the while with an urgency to use the restroom. Garbage bank with garbage facilities and garbage policies.
