    We only come into Wells Fargo once in a blue moon but in the few times we have been here we have been treated with immense courtesy and professionalism. All of the bankers here have been helpful but Brittany in particular has performed notarization services for us a handful of times (without an appointment in at least one case) - always with succinctness and a smile. We really appreciate her warm service for an otherwise mundane task.

    No wonder this place has mainly 1 star reviews their service is shit. Would suggest never using this Wells Fargo unless you want to deal with many inconveniences that they have 0 remorse over.

    Employees are friendly enough but make sure you count your money before you leave. The business I work for uses this bank and they hsve short chsnged us several times. If you don't count your there in front of them they will deny they shorted you.

    Since i chose not to have an accout here i cash my check weekly and im treated like a criminal , to the point that i had to put a complaint with corporate against the assistant mngr , total different experience at the garland branch,very polite and professional.
