Claudia Gallegos assisted me today and did an excellent job in helping me. We set up my online banking and she was very patient, positive and adept in her assistance! She did a wonderful job and I am all set up and very pleased! Claudia is the branch manager at the Rowelet office.

I just called the Rowlett branch with the simple question, "Do you sell postage stamps?" hoping I could buy some at the drive up window. They hung up without even answering!

Worst bank for small business! They don't care about you. They will drop you for no reason and try to keep your money!!!!

If you're making a mortgage payment they do ok. If you're cashing a check they do ok. If you're doing anything more complicated than that, pray you don't get Martha. When you can't give someone money because they can't follow a very basic train of thought it's time to move on. I did, and I've been on hold with their customer care line for over 25 minutes now. It's mid day on a Thursday. This is exactly why I pulled all of my accounts and went to capitol one. They're great by the way if you're fed up also.
