    Closing out my business and personal. Got charged over 300 in fees… Constant miscellaneous fees for not having a big enough account. Don’t use unless you keep $10k+ in your accounts.

    The worst, I mean the worst bank for small businesses. They don't know there blank from there blank. There corporate can't even communicate with their own Banks about how much money is in somebody's account. Don't get me started on the fraud department and how disrespectful and rude they are. I would recommend to go with any other bank except for BB&T.

    Unbelievably careless with people time!! It is not only the fact there is only one teller all day! ( it doesn’t matter if it is Monday or Friday!!!) But for some reason the employees in this branch are so comfortable and much more important than customers that they don’t give a damn about customer ‘s time!! It is not one time it is every time!
