- JTJocelynn TrejoOct 30, 20251.0I came in, already waiting and I asked to change my address. Lady said I would have to wait because there is a line and it takes 5 minutes. Keep in mind I was already waiting way over that. Yet she wnats to push me to the side to help others. Worst customer service as first experience. Doesn't matter if its a simple thing or an inconvenience to you. I was in line and waited like everyone else. Yet make me feel like an inconvenience. Keep in mind she specifically mentioned it would only take 5 minutes. Thats not long. I also drove 40 MINUTES TO COME HERE!
