  I recently had to change out my debit card cause of unusual activity. I went to go get a replacement and even tho I needed an appointment, the banker Vishwa Desai still helped me out. Thank you so much!!

  They took it upon themselves to cancele my card to avoid a false charge I could have afforded to make leaving me stuck out of town with no money and no way to eat. This is why I left my last bank. Very disappointed with wells fargo right now.

  Let me start with saying that I'm a loyal Chase customer. And today I understand why. I went to Chase in La Frontera to withdraw money and there was no line and the customer service was AMAZING!!!!!!! Right after I left Chase I went to Wells Fargo to deposit money into my sisters account. I did not have her account information but in the past I've always just given her full name, DOB, phone number and address if needed! Today that wasn't an option. Millie the teller who was assisting me was rude and stated that she could not assist me with making a deposit without the account number! I then escalated the matter by taking it to the "Service Manager" named Tina and she was just as rude!! Finally, after having to reach out to my sister for her account information the deposit was finally made but the whole thing was such an INCONVENIENCE!! I understand in the past that deposits have been made to wrong accounts but when you know the FULL NAME, DOB, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT!!! Come on!! I don't think there are three people with the same name living at my sisters house. Rant over! I'm glad I bank with Chase!!!
