- TCT CAug 23, 20171.0I had an amazing banker before I moved, who would do everything in his power for a customer. After moving, and switching to this branch for my banker I've had issue after issue. They don't care if they keep customers, as long as they can suck them dry with fees first. The lady I talked to was very rude with me when I explained that I needed some fees refunded, and when I told her I would switch banks otherwise her response was "mmhmm ok". The level of disrespect in this bank is mind blowing. Do yourself a favor, take your business to a real bank.
