    Terrible customer service. The person had to call me back 3 times just for my problem not to get resolved, then I decided to go to the branch nearest to me and they didn’t do anything different than the representative over the phone. It shouldn’t be this hard to set up Zelle when y’all already have it available to use. Closing my account out next year and finding a new credit union

    Will never do business with this bank again! Slow, no workers in the office, and charged me twice for car payment. Been waiting forever to speak to someone.

    Always a inconvenience.. 3days of going back and forth over the phone for them to tell me to bring the stuff in the branch to still deny me the items I need after a 2 hr wait in the branch on my only day off. Closed my accounts and getting the hell away. The person helping me in branch was nice. But I rather have honesty and transparency.

    I truly believe this is one of the worst banks to ever get in touch with . Sometimes it can be an urgent matter and I will literally have to wait over 45 mins . I can never get ahold of any one directly . I think I will be switching banks
