So much so that I recently moved my personal bank account to this bank. The staff always goes above and beyond to help whether is for our business account or my personal account. Could ask for a better team of bankers!

She was not notified in advance of this change. So going through the drive thru, ends up waiting unnecessarily because the clerk was taking time to have a drink in plain view of the customers. And when my sister called for their attention, they said I'll be with you in a few minutes and continued to sit there drinking. So, what's the point of having a bank that does not provide customer service? She will be looking to transfer to another bank such as Frost or Chase. Very, very poor service. Too bad you came to Rockwall; Community and Independent bank were very good and helpful.
- DMDan MadoniJun 17, 20251.0Nothing says failure with respect to a financial institution than when they're careless with your funds, fail to provide simple services that are commonplace, and impossible to reach for assistance after they have completely left you and your customers high and dry. Independent Financial was already in terrible shape, but the SouthState transition is nothing less than an abject debacle. I am forced to bank with this miserably bad institution because the relationship was already in place when I took over the accountant role in my organization. But if you're thinking of opening an account here, stay far away. If you have the option to move to another bank, you would be irresponsible for not doing so. We are waiting for the dust to settle on some outstanding expenditures and then will look forward to moving our accounts to a bank that at least meets the minimum requirements for providing banking services.
