  Update they stole $400 from me and refuse to even take my calls. If you want to access your accounts after 10:00 p.m. good luck. Also just recently the entire bank website was down for a whole weekend 72 hours. No card transactions no electronic transactions no access to your bank accounts pretty much if you wanted any of your money during that 72-hour period tough luck you can't have it. Customer service is terrible they always try to make it seem like you did something wrong. When you get upset with their practices and lack of actions you're considered the problem. Run from this bank at all cost. Karen the head boss over the entire bank has zero customer service skills does not know how to have a conversation without cutting you off and belittling you. When you try to explain the problem you're cut off mid sentence with an excuse of why it's your fault and not the banks. Again run from this bank Do not do business with them.

  Have had an account with this bank for nearly 9 years. Have had trouble in the past with the ATM depositing money but since they have a new ATM machine I haven’t had any issues until today. Deposited money and a message came on the screen saying my money had been detained and need to contact my financial institution??? I could not cancel the transaction to retrieve my bank card so I went inside to a bank teller where I was told I needed to submit a dispute? I was told to wait for someone to help me and the bank manager (Amanda) walks by (doesn't stop) to tell me that another teller can help me. Amanda Clearly could see I was very upset at the situation but still passed me off to someone else who is telling me the same thing. I told the teller my bank card was in the ATM machine and that I had just deposited the money and I wanted my card and money. Hoping they could see that I had just deposited the money I was still told I needed to dispute it. So I ask to speak to a manager, Amanda walks up and tells me there is nothing they can do. I asked if they could check the cameras to see that I had deposited money??? but I guess that was still not enough to get me my money back. She was rude and very transactional…I’m also leaving on vacation and need the money that I deposited, hence why this angered me and is causing a HUGE inconvenience. I would avoid this location I have never had good customer service at this location. I have had good experiences at North Rockwall and Royse City locations

  Worst bank ever. I can never access my account, app is always down cards never get accepted and they don’t even have the option to put them on Apple Pay. Customer service is terrible not too mention their system is very old and always having problems.

  Do not bother going to this bank for Notary Service even as a long time account holder. Post Net offers better service. A notary public of the common law is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with general financial transactions, estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. Their main function is to validate signatures. This banks notary is not allowed to validate signatures for documents.
