- MFMayo FrontierDec 1, 20251.0The staff here become more and more rude. Not sure why the managements hire them and keep them. This place used to have good service with nice people. Now it is going down. Hope to see some change. Otherwise they will lose customers.
- PMphred murphAug 23, 20251.0Update they stole $400 from me and refuse to even take my calls. If you want to access your accounts after 10:00 p.m. good luck. Also just recently the entire bank website was down for a whole weekend 72 hours. No card transactions no electronic transactions no access to your bank accounts pretty much if you wanted any of your money during that 72-hour period tough luck you can't have it. Customer service is terrible they always try to make it seem like you did something wrong. When you get upset with their practices and lack of actions you're considered the problem. Run from this bank at all cost. Karen the head boss over the entire bank has zero customer service skills does not know how to have a conversation without cutting you off and belittling you. When you try to explain the problem you're cut off mid sentence with an excuse of why it's your fault and not the banks. Again run from this bank Do not do business with them.

A notary public of the common law is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with general financial transactions, estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. Their main function is to validate signatures. This banks notary is not allowed to validate signatures for documents.

He was able to resolve my issue and he treated my family and I with the utmost respect. I was very unhappy with the service that I had previously received from Rockwall's other location ( on Goliad st. ). As a result of Mr. Cobbs professionalism, attention to detail and customer service I will keep my account with American National and visit this location for my business needs.
