I totally understand talking and having conversation with customers but I sat outside a bankers office this entire time and hear their conversation about everything under the sun EXCEPT talk of business. If you want to chat, get their number and call them on YOUR TIME...dont have customers waiting while your visiting and customers can hear that you're not talking business. UPDATE: AFTER waiting 30mim + for the banker to finish just talking with the customers, she walks out with her purse and leaves....as I sit there. Needless to say...I left with my business NOT taken care of. I'm sure she left for lunch. However, I think her break time was just spent in there visiting.
