- NLNicole LeeSep 13, 20231.0SHAME ON ME, I IGNORED THE GOOGLE 3 STAR REVIEW, I am a Marketer and I know better, but I figured let me give them a try. Well after reading the reviews again, they are correct. I tried to deposit a Cashier's Check from a bank. Which should be easily deposited but it wasn't. They said they couldn't contact bank. I called bank on their general line and they answered no problem and they said Wells Fargo should easily be able to get through. End Result: closed account, went to PNC. They easily deposited check with great friendly service. I try not to make bad decisions and I am a softy at giving people (businesses) second chances and I just learned my lesson. It took about 6 months after being a customer to understand why the 3 star review. Reviews are everything. Remember when you see a business with 4 or 5 stars especially small businesses, patronize them, they are really doing their best for their customers.
